Responsibilities : The Team Lead, Army Reserve Component Team, will be responsible for: . Prioritizing and coordinating the structure, essential tasks for up to eight individuals as well as supervise, direct and manage assigned personnel ensuring their continued professional development. . Ensuring contractual stipulations are met and task personnel according to personal capabilities, developing and/or predetermined policies and standards . Supervising and conducting initial and refresher training on the Request for Support System, integration of the Web-based tools and AtN Operations. . Supervising the developing briefings, lesson plans, training packages and Programs of Instruction to support Attack the Network training, friendly/enemy behaviors, and trends. . Ensuring deploying units are provided with tailored, fused, and vetted products to improve situational awareness and fill intelligence gaps relating to identifying and attacking networks within their future Areas of Operation. . Coordinating the conduct of post-deployment After Action Reviews and debriefs to gather and analyze Observations, to combine them with Lessons Learned in order to improve products and processes. . Providing analysis, assessments, and recommendations to the Army Branch Lead and the Director of Training in planning and operational missions of the team.

Requirements :Bachelor.s degree required, Master.s degree preferred. 10 years of military operational experience, 20 plus years preferred. . Experience in planning insurgency operations . Excellent written and oral communications skills . Secret clearance is required; clearance is preferred. Must be eligible for .
