Responsibilities and Requirements : Biotechnology Intellectual Property AttorneyThe candidate should have a book of business in intellectual property (prosecution) who has passed the Patent Bar for Indianapolis office. Biotechnology (organic chemistry, biochemistry or molecular biology) background with an M.S. or a Ph.D. degree will be required. Excellent technical skills, academic achievement, good character, initiative and interpersonal skills will be required.
