Responsibilities : DescriptionDevelop individual stategies leading to the presentation of proposals for significant contributions, typically in the range of $100,000 and above. Negotiate with prospective donors to meet their philanthropic goals while aligning with the strategic priorities of Hazelden. Collaborate with the Development Management team, Donor Relations, Development Officers, and Hazelden program directors to provide cultivation and stewardship to maintain and increase contribution revenue.

Requirements :Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and ability to travel nationally and locally at least 20% of the time. 5 years experience of demonstrated fundraising experience and demonstrated ability to successfully work with prospective donors capable of contributions of $100,000 or more. Familiarity with chemical dependency and recovery preferred. Familiarity with relational databases, preferably Raiser's Edge required.
