Responsibilities and Requirements : Deputy Prosecuting Attorney II - Criminal Division Must have a law school degree and admitted to Washington State Bar. 2 years of legal experience required. Must have shown good courtroom litigation and legal research skills. Must have demonstrated an ability to work with victims, law enforcement and defense counsel in the criminal division. Demonstrated a work ethic and organizational ability that would allow a deputy to do work with limited supervision.
