Responsibilities : Employees must work well as a team, maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and gaming regulations. Responsible for all security related functions at assigned stations, within the casino area. Responsible to prevent underage gamblers from gaining access to the casino floor. Responsible for verifying all jackpot payoffs. Verifies all hopper fills and reserve re-impressments. Assist the Slot and Security Department in assuring fast responses to the guests' needs. Responsible to establish and promote positive guest relations. Maintains a constant vigilance to insure the safety of patrons, employees and company property. Responsible for accurate reporting and completing Incident Reports and/or other reports as necessary. Assist patron with information in a pleasant and courteous manner. Provide guest relation and resolve guest complaints. Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. Presents oneself as a credit to Resorts and encourages others to do the same.

Requirements :Must be at least 21 years of age. High School Diploma required. Charismatic, friendly, enthusiastic, high energy attitude. Sincere desire to work with the public. Converses naturally and willingly with customers. Previous experience preferred. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Valid Drivers license required.
