Responsibilities and Requirements : The Oncology department at the Novartis Institutes for Biomedical Research is seeking a cell biologist to join a Drug Discovery group in Cambridge, MA. The successful candidate will work closely with multiple teams within Oncology and other departments. include the generation of cellular models to study a variety of cancer targets, as well as performing a variety of cell based assays to examine the mechanism of action of small molecule inhibitors requirementsThe ideal candidate will have either a Bachelors or Masters degree in cellular/molecular biology with at least 2-4 years of experience in biomedical research. Proficiency in standard cellular and molecular biology techniques, including cell culture, cloning, RT-qPCR, immunoblotting, viral production, flow cytometry, and as well as data analysis/interpretation is critical.
