Responsibilities : The Plant Maintenance area includes topics involving tooling, calibration and facilities. EH&S includes hazardous materials; Product Safety, Phrase Management and Dangerous Goods Management. Interaction: Work with other project team members, business departments and end users to identify appropriate business solutions and resolve specific issues for SAP implementations. Documentation and Communication: Utilize standard SAP Program documentation, reports and communication as appropriate to project role. Create specific documentation or reports as appropriate to project being implemented. Communicate with other IT, Competency Center and business groups as required. Testing and Configuration: Be responsible for testing and configuration of SAP for a specific project and business or IT function. This will be process functionality for existing business analysts.

Requirements :Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related business field is required. 10 years of IT or related business experience required. 5 years SAP systems experience and detailed knowledge of business processes for the Supply Chain Management areas listed above. Prior SAP project implementation experience required(within the last 5 years). Strong problem solving skills and ability of working with minimal supervision necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must. Understanding of business processes and the resulting systems implementation. Some technical ability to configure SAP applications. Experience with user exits and debugging is a must. Knowledge of a reporting tool (Cognos, Crystal, Report Writer, etc) helpful. Competence in general PC business applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Access necessary. Ability to work with various levels of business people and communicate/train in systems functionality. Aerospace and Defense experience and knowledge of HP Mercury, Autotime and Datapass application software a plus.
