Responsibilities and Requirements : High School Diploma or equivalent. 0-2 years experience in manufacturing in a laboratory or clean room environment.Skills:Basic math skills.Ability to comprehend spoken and written English.Ability to follow written instructions.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Ability to pay close attention to detail.High manual dexterity.Essential Functions:Manufacture loomed pettes, bottled reagents and assembled kits according to cGMP, batch records, standard operating procedures and safety policies.Manage sales leads database and respond to all sales leads with appropriate product and pricing information.Set-up and operate welder, dispensing equipment, and capper.Complete batch records accurately, and perform component accountability.Perform in-process visual inspections of loomed pettes and bottled reagents and judge quality based on visual criteria. Perform trimming, leak testing and labeling of pettes.Perform dispensed reagent fill checks and capped reagent torque measurements.Perform foil pouching of pettes.Perform verifications of manufacturing operations.Ensure correct components issued to shop orders.Make work flow entries into computer inventory system.Wind spools.Additional Revise batch records, SOPs and MOPs as assigned.Responsible for the set up and operation of computer generated labels.Participate as a member of TQM teams to improve processes.Clean supplies and equipment and disinfect manufacturing areas. Complete equipment use logs.Perform other duties as assigned.
