Responsibilities and Requirements : Bachelor Degree. A minimum of two to four years experience with financial reporting and analytics, preferably in Call Center/Outsourcing Operations.Advanced Degree. Six Sigma Green/Black Belt. Demonstrated proficiency in financial/operations planning. Able to clearly articulate analysis providing insight and predictive information. Ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Excellent problem solving and decision making-skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management skills. Ability to work independently. Excellent quantitative and analytical skills. Must possess ability to develop relationships and inspire confidence and trust from internal and external constituencies at all levels. Skilled with analytical tools including IEX and other call center applications; create and maintain database programs as needed. Excellent PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and advanced Excel abilities; knowledge of Essbase/Hyperion a plusCommunication Ability - Develop and articulate an effective flow of ideas and information. Planning and Analyzing Skills - Analyze and grasp an entire situation quickly from many perspectives and to create well-reasoned solutions. This person needs to be conceptual, able to recognize problems from few or subtle clues and be comfortable with complexity. Interpersonal Skills - Foster excellent relationships and credibility quickly at all levels of the organization. An ability to create a partnership atmosphere with internal and external resources.
