Responsibilities : DescriptionThe Benefit Solutions Client Implementation Manager is responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience when groups or individuals purchase and/or use any one of 's Benefit Solutions products and services. This role will need to quickly understand the products and services offered by Benefit Solutions. This role requires client facing experience, analytical abilities to understand program design, process mapping, and an ability to understand client requirements and turn them into Business.

Requirements : Documents for approval and sign off. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage multiple priorities, be results driven and metrics focused. Strong leadership and implementation skills are a requirement.Job Description:Supports the implementation of products and services, systems, and procedures in an operational environment.Manage multiple functions with key vendors, ensuring that implementations are successfully executed and coordinated across all areas of the business.Identify, report, and resolve implementation issues. Includes working with external partners to identify and resolve root cause issues that have the ability generate negative customer experiences. Responsible for the analysis, research and resolution of varied problems.Work with Client Relationship Management Team and Ongoing Production Support Team to develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve implementation and operational efficiency and ensure timeliness and accuracy of work by vendors and partners.Must be able to work independently while making sound judgment calls.Requires system and integration analysis for new client setup and to make process and design enhancements.Responsible for analyzing present state, developing alternative future-state approaches, and driving changes through implementation.
