Responsibilities and Requirements : Responsible for ensuring that the Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics training manage-ment system is meeting business needs and is implemented fully and consistently across V&D GxP functions. Lead Training Management System Global Coordination Team Facilitate the identification and realization of continuous improvement opportunities Manage the assessment and disposition of system enhancement requests Monitor and report progress of system deployment and usage Create and maintain global training system procedures Establish infrastructure for development and maintenance of electronic traning ma-terials Develop training materials and provide training support Bachelors 3-5 Years.
