Responsibilities : Responsible for development, integration, test and support of for Polycom Telepresence System. Will support internal and third-party integrators and partners. Must have hands-on development experience in Java and C working with s in a Linux/Unix environment, and experience with .NET/C# on Windows. include but are not limited to the following: ' Participate in design reviews and work with team to develop and release software and test applications. ' Perform functional and system application tests. ' Develop and test sample applications to be released to developer/partner community; coordinate all and sample app testing. ' Interface with customers and developer community that uses the . ' Use customer feedback to guide development; serve as a customer liaison, troubleshooter and escalation point of contact for Customer Experience issues. ' Work with team on bug fixing, troubleshooting, code reviews, and buddy testing, and work collaboratively to resolve issues with Development team.

Requirements :Bachelor's Degree in CS, EE, or equivalent, with 3-5 years of directly related experience in Java and C/C . ' Must have experience developing software applications using third-party /SDK (preferably for a communication product) and also experience integrating different software modules or applications within a product using third-party hardware and software. ' Application development experience on Linux/Unix platform is required, and experience working on Microsoft Windows with .NET/C# is desired. ' Experience working with audio-video communications products and embedded systems development is a plus. ' Must possess excellent technical writing skills, and must be capable of clearly documenting example applications and programming techniques. ' Ability to multi-task efficiently on parallel efforts (customer issues, prototyping/architecture, implementation etc.). ' Experience with integration practices and achieving deliverables on time and with high quality.
