Responsibilities and Requirements : Patent AttorneyThe candidate must have a formal degree in computer science and/or electrical engineering or other technical degree in a related area. Must have a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and be familiar with patent laws. Admission to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and admission to the California Bar will be required. Should have 2+ years of experience. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to organize and prioritize workflow and complete projects in a timely fashion.
