Responsibilities : Our core competencies include: Enterprise IT Services Logistics Solutions/Life-Cycle Support Programmatic Services Security Solutions Software Development & Integration Systems Engineering & Integration Test & Evaluation Training SolutionsSummary:This direct contract charge position provides contract support for AMCOM Acquisition.:1. Cost estimating and/or budget input support inclusive of Government program life cycle phases2. Cost and price analysis of contractor proposals3. Research industry and commercial market for sources4. Generate Government acquisition documents and provide acquisition planning advice5. Perform and provide support for evaluation of proposals/bids after closure of solicitation6. Support Government contracting officials pertaining to the solicitation, analysis, evaluation and negotiation of contractor proposals.7. Perform detailed research and analysis and provide recommendations for developing and updating acquisition strategies and reports, and acquisition plans8. Prepare draft Determination and Findings9. Make recommendations to Government officials for resolution of contractual issues.

Requirements :. Bachelors degree with at least 24 hours in relevant field such as Contract Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Communications, English, Law or Economics2. A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a business related area3. Has knowledge of acquisition life cycles, DoD Directives, Army regulations and policies, FAR and DFAR4. Prior experience in providing contracting support for the AMCOM Acquisition Center is desired5. NCMA Certification or DoD Contracting Level I, II, or III certification a plus.
