Responsibilities and Requirements : This is a contract opportunity inside a team with the mission to increase productivity of individual engineers and engineering teams by reducing the complexity and difficulty associated with validating software before it is publicly released. A unified solution is under development to scan products for numerous issues including security-related concerns, correct usage, geo-political concerns, and many others. The team is also developing a solution to manage the results generated from these tools as well as the workflow around tracking and resolving these issues before products ship. will include:Design and implementation of a scalable scanning architecture Web services for issue tracking and management Development of actual scanning tools Coordinating scrum methodology for project management and coordination of tasksThe agency temp will be expected to provide design feedback/ideas, estimates, and work quickly and efficiently to implement designs. Since we are using scrum, we typically develop out scenarios vs. specific sub-systems, so the agency temp could expect to frequently switch between work in numerous areas of the system, but client and service. All work will be done in C# and must follow team standards for coding and unit testing. A candidate should possess strong understanding of design patterns and implementation skills, a strong understanding of .NET 2.0/3.0/3.5, and be experienced with a broad range of .NET libraries. Experience with WCF is a plus. Experience with WPF and/or Silverlight is also a plus.
