Responsibilities : Provides a broad range of services to corporate, industrial, manufacturing, educational, commercial, and retail clients.Duties and Directs the daily activities of operational employees Oversees cleaning, operations activities and building renovations Ensures the proper operation of the preventive maintenance program Ensures maintenance work orders are completed and in a timely manner Presides at weekly scheduling meetings and reconciles the maintenance requirements of individual areas so facility maintenance needs are met Ensures all work performed under his/her supervision is done in a timely and cost effective manner according to the applicable codes Ensures all facilities under his/her responsibility are safe and comply with all federal, state and local laws Ensures environmental procedures and issues are being implemented through the direction of the customer environmental specialist representative Assists in reviewing and engineering, with the customer representative(s), any plans or specifications for additional maintenance, construction and renovations Ensures all parking lots, walkways, fire hydrants, etc. will be cleared of snow and other debris to ensure safe and easy access into and exiting facilities.

Requirements : Three to five years of facility management experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels Experience managing a facility with a building automation system Ability to effectively communicate to customer and subordinates Applicants should send a resume, including salary requirements.
