Responsibilities : Senior leader in Correspondent Lending West Operations, overseeing production operation teams responsible for the funding of high quality mortgage loans purchased from our clients.Primary /Activities:Being a progressive leader, embracing our core values and dedicated to developing high performing teamsProactive and relentless pursuit of loan quality, client service and high productivityReview team managers and associate performance, identifying trends and areas of opportunityOversees the recruiting, hiring and training to volume and business needsAccountable for meeting/exceeding monthly goals for shareholder, clients and associates (i.e. volumes, fundings, associate development, risk controls, turn time etc.)Leads initiatives involving MS and other technology systems to continue to adapt to changing business environment, products, compliance and regulatory environmentLeader for Manufacturing Loan Quality, Risk Management and Compliance issuesOversees and responsible for team for productivity and capacity managementAble to leverage resources across teams to achieve maximum efficiencies in funding loansPerforms in-depth analytics to solve process flow problemsEnjoys working in a fast-paced, volatile business environment managing wide swings in volume, staffing and fundingsBasic understanding of system logic to be able to pursue automation and system solutions to business flow problems.Proactively identifies and plans for monthly volumes and staffing requirementsLeverage corporate and division resources to problem solve with the end goal of funding high quality loans.Identify and address gaps in process the create systemic risk.

Requirements :A true business leader, with a proven track record of running a significant business or business process, with the ability to balance and make decisions in the best interests of our clients, shareholders and associates15 years plus financial service/mortgage industry experience, 3-5 years in senior management positionsSignificant client focus demonstrated in previous roles and achievementsExperience managing up to 100 plus associatesSolid knowledge/background in underwriting and complianceExcellent people, communications and organizational skills.Strong leadership and implementation skills; an individual who can lead a diverse matrix, associate population, inspire a strong sense of camaraderie,accountability, and motivate continuous improvements to performance.
