Responsibilities : Work within a team environment which manages the worldwide risk management, insurance and real estate programs. Risk Management and Insurance Program Insurance renewal data gathering and working with payroll, site operations, HR and various plants and departments to provide accurate information to underwriters. Workers Compensation partner with broker, TPA, payroll, HR to administer the WC program. Contracts review, events review, certificates of insurance administer requests and respond to internal customers. Claims support and administration - assist in all aspects of claim identification, submittal, monitoring and resolution. Responsible for internal allocation of insurance costs and systematic internal financial reporting. M&A integration and support Real Estate Program Site leasing Leasing/purchases/sales of various real estate both domestically and internationally. Requires understanding of real estate contracts and associated leasing costs. Administration and Management of the portfolio of properties including payment or receipt of rents with associated internal reporting.

Requirements : Candidates should have strong organizational and project management skills, effective interpersonal/communication skills, along with good analytical/problem solving capabilities. Excellent P.C. (Excel, Power Point, etc) skills are a must. Bachelor's degree in business or finance (MBA a plus) with 5-10 years experience in insurance manager positions with similar responsibilities as indicated above including real estate experience.As an equal opportunity employer, National Semiconductor encourages and supports a diverse workplace.
