Responsibilities : Provide a defining, senior level contribution to development team responsible for the implementation of critical SOA web-based applications using the .Net Framework and SQL Server technologiesCollaborate with business stakeholders and team members to define & analyze requirementsAnalyze, design, and develop code for all application tiers, as neededPrepare technical designs, perform code reviews, debugging and testingDefine integration approaches to extend existing systems to work with an FrameworkWork in a collaborative development environment, providing assistance & technical guidance to fellow team membersAccountability for the technical components of the design and successful operation of the ESB solution within DOEDocument standards and procedures for the definition of reference architecturesProvide inputs in architecting, designing, and implementing a Service Oriented Architecture for the application development groupResponsible for the delivery of architecture artifacts that will demonstrate the projects adherence to strategy, design patterns, and best practicesProvide detailed guidance and direction for design and implementation of development frameworks and design patterns for consumption across multiple development teamsCreate, communicate and improve the governing principles, standards and models that detail DOE technical landscapes by reconciling various stakeholder requirementsQualification

Requirements :Bachelors degree with 10 years of applicable work experience with at least 5 years of experience as an Architect, Sr. Developer or Technical Team Lead with the Microsoft .NET Architectureframework, including ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET2.5 years of experience with Object Oriented Design and Analysis, application design patterns.3.3 years of experience with web services, WSDL, Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), XML, XSD,AJAX4.5 years of experience with MS SQL server, leveraging SQL 2005 features in developing optimized Database code5.Experience with .NET 3.0 technologies including WCF, WPF, and WF, SharePoint 2007 development and SQL Server 2005/SSIS is a strong plus.
