Requirements :Excellent understanding of the customer service business2 years previous hands-on deskside support experienceExperience replacing desktops/laptops componentsCompTIA A and MCP Certifications4 major OEM platform certifications - Dell, HP, Toshiba, and LenovoDesired:MCSE and/or CompTIA Server CertificationsAS degree in Electronics or Computer ScienceRelated military/technical training or equivalent experience include:Install and implement connectivity and high-end systems products. Participate in the configuration and support of internal systems. Perform repair and parts replacement on desktops/laptops/tablets, some printers and servers.Monitor and document daily service activity.
