Responsibilities : The Flight Certified Emergency Paramedic functions as a member of the Guardian Medical Team providing basic and advanced Cardiac Life Support as well as advanced critical care to ill and injured patients. This position may provide care to all patient populations, including neonates, pediatrics, high risk maternal and adults. Responsible for safe air transport of critically ill patients. Administers various forms of respiratory care, airway management, ventilator management, assessing and monitoring patients throughout transport. Setting up and maintaining equipment in proper working order. This position is located at the Guardian Air Transport base in Kingman, AZ.

Requirements :High School Diploma or equivalent - required -Two (2) years experience as a Paramedic - required - Three (3) or more years Paramedic experience - preferred -Current Arizona certification as a Certified Emergency Paramedic - required -Current BLS, BTLS or PHTLS certification - required -Previous flight experience - preferred -ATCN or TNATC - required upon hire -ACLS - upon hire -PALS and NRP - required within 90 days of hire.
