Responsibilities : The Project Superintendent will have at least 5 years of construction experience. We are seeking individuals who have knowledge of ground-up construction, remodels/ renovations, design-build and facilities maintenance projects. This individual should have strong English verbal and written communication skills. This individual should be self-motivated; responsible and accountable; dedicated to getting the job done on time, on budget and safely; organized and dedicated to customer service. Superintendent duties include but are not limited to preparing RFIs, short-term schedules, daily reports, quality control and safety inspections, conduct safety meetings, schedule and manage subcontractors, and oversee the entire construction process.Salary Range:$55,000 - $70,000Start Date:ASAPContact.
