Responsibilities and Requirements : Assists with overseeing daily workflow of CSN/Substitute Care Clinical CM Team members 2. Serves as immediate resource to CSN/Substitute Care Clinical CM Team to assist with problem-solving 3. Carries caseload 4. Weekly individual and group supervision of CSN/Substitute Care CM Team 5. Assists staff in the application of level of Short Term CM & ICM criteria as it applies to the Plan and the CSN/Substitute Care product lines 6. Thorough knowledge of the covered benefits for each of the Plans 7. Thorough knowledge of Beacon level of care criteria and case management protocols 8. Assists and trains clinical staff in handling difficult member/provider calls 9. Participates in meetings as assigned 10. Administrator on call duties 11. Secondary contact for Plan contract leads 12. Participation in NCQA and URAC activities, as assigned 13. Other duties as assignedEducation:. Leadership skills and supervisory experience, including the ability to develop team performance . Excellent written and oral communication skills . Self-motivated, able to prioritize multiple issues, excellent organizational skills, ability to track multiple projects/tasks and follow through as needed. . Demonstrated understanding of CQI. . Ability to manage and coordinate with internal and external departments . Current, valid and unrestricted licensure for independent practice required with proof on date of hire.
