Responsibilities : This includes avionic and mechanical system functional checkouts development of new and revised ATPs, trouble shooting integration issues, data collection and analysis of these issues and resolution with subject matter experts at . This position will also provide engineering support and coordination for engineering ground and flight tests activities as required.

Requirements :BA/BS degree with 4-7 years experience MA/MS degree with 2-5 years experience PhD degree with 0-2 years experience Degrees are required to have a concentration in Aeronautical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 4 to 7 years of avionics and mechanical design and integration experience. Rotary wing Flight or Ground Test Engineering experience would be a plus Key skills and knowledge required are: Analytical thinking and problem solving, Communication--written and oral, General aviation knowledge. Knowledge of Military Qualification requirements. aircraft experience preferredThe job involves significant teamwork and coordination with electrical/avionics/mechanical design engrs and flight test engrs as well as co-workers in a variety of disciplines (pilots, mechanics, inspectors, instrumentation and data technicians), qualification or certification authority representatives and subject matter expert design engineers from . Good interpersonal skills are imperative. Personal flexibility is required to occasionally support unusual working hours and travel to conduct off-site testing.
