Senior Manager - (US-CA-Glendale - 91226) Minimum Education: None Job Type: Full Time Email this job to yourself or to a friend | Job Match Test | Resume Guide Click Here to Apply Online Responsibilities and Requirements : Senior Manager, Employee Relations and ComplianceThe candidate will be responsible for creation of tools and processes for providing Corporate clients and business partners with ER support, including conducting investigations, root cause analysis, coaching, interpreting policies and practices, and assisting in the development of performance management goals. Will work in a consultative role with management, employees from all levels of the organization, HR Business Partners and Legal to deliver seamless support. Receive direction from the HR Business Partners. Lead the development of tactical plans and supporting HR activities for assigned cases, and provide recommendations for solutions. Report to the Vice President, Corporate Human Resources. Create practical tools, processes and methodology. Manage policy development and interpretation. Develop more consistency in practices and processes for ER issues in Corporate. Implement performance management goals for the function. Design and implement comprehensive tracking and case management systems (working closely with Legal as well as EAS). Develop education principles, work with Learning to create content as outlined below. Investigate employee relations issues like lead compliance and performance management investigations.
