Responsibilities : Provide technical and physical security of controlled access areas during construction. and Access Control personnel control access to the construction site and observe all construction work performed, thereby assuring compliance with all standards relating to technical and physical security.s provide essential physical security safeguards in areas with a political/terrorist or crime threat vulnerability without interrupting the functional operations and goals of the missions involved.s perform multi-disciplined functions such as physical and protective security, buildings, defense, anti-terrorist program research, crime prevention, application of minimum security standards, interpretation of Federal Government procurement regulations especially those relating to service/labor contracts, and identification of technical security systems.s observe and closely monitor the construction activities of the construction personnel in order to assure that Hostile Intelligence Services or other persons with interests inimical to the United States do not gain undetected access to sensitive portions of a construction project.s will be capable of monitoring the activities of several construction workers at one time as well as writing detailed reports and analyses of problems, findings, and security situations which require staff actions. Independent decision-making and a high degree of individual initiative are necessary.They shall be capable of analyzing designs and blueprints, and recognizing the architect's intent use.

Requirements :A Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of formal education, related experience, professional training and/or certifications. A Master's Degree may be substituted for four years of general experience.Experience/Expertise: of eight years general/specialized experience/expertise within U.S. Government security, counterintelligence, or intelligence fields (e.g., technical, physical, information, personnel, international, operations or signal security; intelligence/counterintelligence analysis; antiterrorism; counterterrorism; counterdrug; cyber/system/network security; surveillance, counter surveillance or surveillance detection; infrastructure protection; force protection; technology protection; information operations; or industrial security programs to include acquisition.
