Responsibilities and Requirements : Counsel, Commercial LicensingThe candidate will review software licensing and services agreements for compliance with corporate policies and document for senior management. Will work with senior attorneys to review standard sales agreements and draft amendments to standard sales agreements subject to corporate policies. Work with senior attorneys to review and draft indirect channel agreement both domestic and international. Work with senior attorneys to review and draft non-complex agreements including nondisclosure agreements, assignment agreements and lease renewal agreements. Work on a day-to-day basis with Finance (revenue recognition accounting team) and sales force to provide counseling on business and legal issues that arise during transactions. Assist sales personnel with direct customer contract negotiations.
