He/she oversees market analysis, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs. Provides leadership in the planning, designing, due diligence, and implementing of strategic business objectives. The Business Development Manager defines the vision, strategies, and tactics. Specifically, the Business Development Manager will engage with cross functional opportunities and develop holistic contracts with strategic M2M ecosystem partners, including OEMs, ISPs, VC and Fortune 500 accounts. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for rules of engagement, compensation and pricing for M2M opportunities. The Business Development Manager will provide thought leadership for M2M ecosystem and provide high level product requirements for M2M segment. Seasoned professional with expert knowledge in M2M and/or Business applications. Regarded internally and/or externally as a subject matter expert. College graduate or related work experience required.Responsible for identifying, developing, establishing and managing on-going relationships between the company, strategic partners and customers.
