Responsibilities : DescriptionThe Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Counselor provides direct service, screening, problem assessment, direct therapeutic counseling, client referral, crisis intervention, follow-up services and case management on an ongoing basis to clients seeking assistance. The EAP Counselor provides consultation services to management when performance concerns exist. This position reports to the Director of Organization Effectiveness and Benefits Programs

Requirements :Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or other behavioral sciences related field with a minimum of three years experience plus CEAP (Certified Employee Assistance Professional) or licensure or certification in field of study.
