Responsibilities : In Construction phase; candidate will have to generate, review and directly implement designs approved. Develop software code and provide development guidance to the team members.Candidate will have to supervise members of the team, provide direction, supervision and assign tasks accordingly. Candidate will have to assist the project manager with all aspects of the project management; generate level of effort, generate and communicate project specifics and give feedback on schedules and plans communicated to the users.

Requirements :BS or MS Degree in Computer Science or related disciplineMin. 10 years SW development experience with 4 years in related positionAt least 3 years in Team lead experiencePositive attitude toward work and other people, team player.OOA/OOD knowledge with at least 8 years experience with J2EE technology.Experience with J2EE frameworks and full life cycle N-tier software development from conceptual design to implementation.At least 8 years hands on experience with JSP, JSTL, HTML, XML, Servlet, EJB and JDBC.At least 4 years experience with Oracle database (9i and higher).Experience with Oracle 10g AS.Professional Knowledge and hands on Experience with Hibernate, Struts and Spring frameworks.Experience with SOA Technologies and Web Services developmentExperiences with Java IDEs - Eclipse, WASD, JDeveloper, etc.Relational database knowledge, PL/SQL programming experience.Experience with CM process and tools and release management skills.Hands on experience with UML. Rational Unified Process (RUP) experience is a plus.
