Responsibilities : Execute integrated strategy for the portfolio. Implement space utilization standards affecting occupancy and personnel deployment to increase productivity and maximize space utilization. Drive vendor performance to ensure that objectives are being met. Communicate with senior internal customers. Perform analysis of space utilization, construction and operations cost metrics. Manage Landlord relationships. Develop site specific RE requirements, assist in site selection and lease negotiation through signature. Manage site build-out, professional services and construction agreements. Responsible for approval of rent and CAM charges, annual reconciliations, and pass through charges. Manage security policy/standards/guidelines and procedures. Administer emergency processes including Building Evacuation procedures, Disaster Preparedness & Recovery, and general safety programs. Develop annual budgets and manage projects and operations within these constraints. Select and negotiate with regional/local vendors for outsourced services.

Requirements :Strong organizational, project management and analytical skills Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and timeframes Demonstrated ability to actively manage the budget process, inc. forecasting, accruals, variance analysis, cost reduction opportunities Creative problem solving skills Demonstrated leadership skills Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to gain cooperation of others BA or equivalent. 10 years of related experience with international company. 5 years working in a management capacity Previous experience managing multiple facilities preferred Ability to lead a geographically dispersed team. Working knowledge of U.S./International governmental rules and regulations relating to RE & FAC highly desirable Strong analytical and computer skills. Experience with industry related and fincial sofware programs highly desirable.
