Requirement - Primary Experience :Must have one year of systems analysis, business administration, or public administration experience.Education Substitution :Related technical or vocational training will substitute for the bachelor's degree requirement on a year for year basis. A master's degree in computer science, business or public administration will substitute for the experience requirement.Experience Substitution :Experience in computer programming, systems analysis, information services, research and statistics, business administration, or public administration will substitute for the bachelor's degree requirement on a year-for-year basisThis position will assist in creating and maintaining policies and procedures to validate the bill received by from the Commonwealth Office of Technology each month. The procedures created will need to organize the bill into a format that is meaningful to staff. In addition, this position will provide assistance to other staff with the billing received from COT, review the bill each month for accuracy and resolve any disputed charges found in the billing. This position will be required to assist in writing and maintaining policy for CHFS staff to follow when requesting services from COT. In addition, they will need to assist in creating and maintaining a process that will allow for the timely dissemination of data/reports to CHFS staff for review. Analyze monthly billing data and create reports for staff to review. The position will assist in documenting additional review processes as time permits.
