Responsibilities : Develop, manage, and maintain department project management office for Network Services. Enhance, formalize and implement current project management methodologies. Mentor managers to utilize project management tools and methodology. Track Network Services projects in a dashboard, following up with managers for current status, raising issues to management Manage specific and assigned projects, high-profile Network Technology projects, which including preparing project planning documents, leading meetings, communicating status across divisions and resolving issues. Work with Financial teams to ensure all financial data related to projects are properly tracked and recorded Oversee the major capital purchases for Network Services. Manage the process from product selection to receipt of goods. Work with Department heads, Finance, and CIO to explain the business reason and financial impact for the investment.

Requirements :Bachelor degree or equivalent experience requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skills7 10 years of Project Management experienceFamiliarity with carrier and network technologies highly desiredExperience with network architecture and protocolsCustomer contact experience with demonstrated ability to provide superior support to external customers.Experience handling multiple projects simultaneouslyJob Attributes:The Lead Project Manager will be responsible for developing all aspects of projects that are executed within the Network Services area and will be asked to represent Network Services as part of cross functional teams when the scope of projects are large in nature. This will require the candidate to be fluent in project management methodologies, desire to be exposed to learning multiple networking technologies along with many aspects of the Groups core business sytems.
