Responsibilities : Clinical Laboratory Scientist Specialist Filing Deadline: 11/12/09 Salary commensurate with experienceOne (100%) position with benefits starting on date of hire! Duties and responsibilities:Perform laboratory testing in the blood bank including necessary maintenance, quality control, calibration, and other procedures.In a team environment, participates in work activities including selection, training, and evaluation of team members, work organization, and scheduling.Contributes to and supports focus on customer service and continuous quality improvement.Special condition of employment:Must possess a valid California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license.

Requirements :Must have previous recent experience in a large healthcare setting.Have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing and be able to articulate complex ideas for all levels of audiences.Possess the personal characteristics of professionalism, credibility, commitment to high standards, innovation, discriminating judgment and accountability.Applications/Resumes are accepted for current job openings only.
