Responsibilities : ParalegalTe applicant will be responsible for supporting the Trademark Group in all areas of trademark. will include the following: Prepares U.S. trademark documents, including trademark applications, responses to office action, assignment recordation cover sheets, statements of use, and maintenance documents (Section 8 and 15, Section 8 and 9) Coordinates foreign trademark prosecution work. Conducts preliminary searches, and reviews and summarizes full search reports. Researches issues and gathers information relating to trademark issues. Conducts Internet searches. Responds to phone calls and written request for information. Reviews watch notices. Responsibility for the trademark docket and ensuring that all deadlines are met.

Requirements :Trademark experience preferred. Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment. Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed. Must have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong customer/client service skills a must. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook. Ability to work with trademark docketing database.
