Requirements : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.:-Must be familiar with the Joint Deficiency Reporting System (JDRS).-Must be knowledgeable of CAT I Quality Deficiency Reporting (QDR) and processing procedures.- 5 years conducting maintenance on AH-64D aircraft;- Must be familiar with components and systems installed on the Apache airframe.-Familiar with the Modernized Signal Processor Unit (MSPU) and Vibration Management Enhancement Program (VMEP), the Personal Computer-Ground Based Station (PC-GBS) and procedures for downloading data from the aircraft.-Must also be familiar with the Airworthiness Releases (AWRs) governing MSPU, VMEP and PC-GBS and DA Pam 738-751.-Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.-Familiar with procedures for the Track and Balance of Main and Tail Rotor components using the Aviation Vibration Analyzer (AVA).-Familiar with Condition Based Maintenance processes and procedures.Not but a plus:-Experience as an AH-64 A/D Phase Team Leader Experience as an AH-64D Technical Inspector-Graduate of Basic Noncommissioned Officers Course (BNCOC)-Experience in a Battalion or higher Quality Control environment/office-Experience maintaining AH-64A aircraft.
