The person will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing and managing call center monitoring programs and quality assurance guidelines. The person will also be expected to contribute towards process improvement and training. This position also works very closely with the CS Management Team to conduct audits and analyze results to further improve the quality of services provided to the Bravo members and providers.Essential Functions:Accepts and supports activities which aid call center in meeting regulation requirements.Oversee all auditing activities as related to Bravo Health call center. Audits will be conducted on all call types as well as written communications.
