This individual will perform engineering design reviews, vendor evaluations, system architecture reviews, new implementations, troubleshooting and a variety of related complex tasks.

Requirements :Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or experience in related field. Certification in MUST have Cisco IP Telephony Solutions & CCNP Certification. Good understanding of Cisco Contact center solution Cisco ICM / Cisco IPCC Enterprise, Cisco Agent Desktop (CAD) / CTIOS Agent and Supervisor DesktopsICM scripting / call flows to support call routing and reporting requirements. WebView reporting / custom reporting using InfoMaker 3 years experience in development and support of voice communication systems including CVP Studio/Java/ SQL development skills 3 to 5 years of voice application development experience. 3 to 5 years of VXML, XML, and/or web services development experience - both client and server side Exposure to Texts to Speech and Speech recognition technologies Knowledge of IEX workforce management systems, agent scripting tools, and Cisco Outbound Options/Cisco Predictive Dialer system is a benefit Working knowledge Telephony VOIP standards/practices. Ability to convert business needs into technical solutions. Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. Strong Desire to learn and work with multiple applications, tools and technologies.
