Responsibilities : Responsible for identifying work methods, resources, organizational structure, and documentation of technical approaches foroperations and maintenanceactivitiesconducted at US military installations, posts, garrisons, bases, or camps.Interface with business development, operational field services, construction department, and administration.Consults with functional leaders and site management personnel on operations and specific site issues in order to gain knowledge and insight to respond to requests from client.Perform functional research and be able to describe clearly in proposals, operational solutions to include innovative methods, differentiators, and best practices/approaches, and be able to frame as winning submissions.Maintain current records and files, including research and model proposals.Track statistics relevant to provide written materials necessary for winning proposals.Meet with potential clients, partners and arrange for onsite tours as needed.Coordinate and consult with various supporting functional area managers/subject matter experts on facility design, resource requirements and development of cost and pricing justification for proposal development.Aware of business development, competitive trends, new products, and market performance in your area. Provides technical and commercial assistance to match our services with customer needs.Participate in the delivery of the company services. Visits job sites to determine progress of operation of the company services.

Requirements ::Prior experiencein facility management and operations of housing management operations (military family housing,troop billeting operations (fixed and soft facilities); building & structures maintenance & repair; contingency & disaster response (disaster or surge); custodial services; disaster preparedness & response; hazmat response; electrical (high voltage distribution, repair and maintenance), plumbing, lighting, sanitation, HVAC, elevator maintenance and repair; engineer materials and equipment support services services; engineering services support; environmental management; facility & infrastructure support; family housing maintenance & repair & cleaning; fire alarm & protection services; fire suppression systems; ground structures/railroad maintenance.
