Responsibilities : OverviewReporting to the Director of Product Management, the Product Manager will lead the market research, roadmap creation and release definition efforts for the AdminStudio product lineThe Product Manager will identify and plan any changes necessary to assure the overall success of the AdminStudio product, including market positioning, revenue and profit goals.1. Create and maintain strong product management relationships across the entire enterprise business and product portfolio2. Evangelize the value of the product, sales and customers3. Identify, prioritize and maintain roadmap of key projects and opportunities4. Conduct customer research and maintain a deep understanding of the customer's needs and industry trends to ensure product is competitive and meets the market's needs5. Define requirements for revisions and releases6. Recommend new opportunities through market analysis, industry trends and customer prospective7. Champion product and serve as a key company spokesperson and resource for competitive intelligence and analysis8. Help define revenue forecasts and to maintain/exceed forecasts9. Set priorities for development and address next steps10. Work with various groups to ensure customer focus and satisfaction

Requirements :BA/BS minimum. MBA a plus.7-10 overall years experience, including product management, pre-sales (technical product specific), product marketing or related technical role3-5 years product management experience within a software and/or technical environmentDemonstrated strategic impact at the product level and experience with product release planning and product roadmap managementExperience with key product management functions, including writing requirements, roadmap, market research, competitive analysis, product planning, marketing concepts and proposalsExperience in defining and developing solutions to meet customer requirementsExperience working with multi-disciplinary teamsMust have had responsibility for driving change in the organizationStrong communication/presentationComfortable engaging and influencing executive level customers.
