Parts Coordinator - (US-GA-Suwanee - 30024) Minimum Education: None Job Type: Full Time Email this job to yourself or to a friend | Job Match Test | Resume Guide Click Here to Apply Online Responsibilities : To oversee the parts ordering and receipt process to maximize production efficiencyMaintain organized parts storage areaMaintain parts ordering systems and procedures consistent with ABRA operational guidelinesPerform initial parts orders for incoming vehicles using internet provider and vendorsPerform supplemental parts orders per written supplemental repair orderCheck in and label parts delivered; Check all parts for damage, correct side and match with original if possible and store parts in assigned locationAssure that parts invoices are entered and job costed properly before vehicle is deliveredFollow-up daily on late or back-ordered parts and communicate delays to CSM, GM, and PM for customer callsDocument and request credit immediately for all damaged parts including entering line in ABS for trackingMaintain current credit invoice file for parts returned; follow-up on credits due from vendors (No credits over 30 days)Maintain and oversee stock parts usageReorder incorrect parts and note in ABS and return incorrect parts immediatelyOrganize disassembly and parts cartsOther duties as assignedUse OEC system to order parts from approved vendorsComplete parts orders and delivery to meet vehicle arrivals and schedulingMaintain parts ordering accuracyProvide notice of parts delays to CSM, GM and PM immediately when made aware of delayComplete parts labeling and storage for all parts delivered before leaving each dayComplete supplemental parts orders within 1 hour of receiving parts requestEnsure all parts to be returned are returned on a daily basis.
