Responsibilities and Requirements : Master's degree in a related mental health field required.Knowledge of psycho-pathology, DSMIV, and addiction issues required. Ability to define appropriate course of treatment and treatment modality required; Ability to work independently as a member of a multi-disciplinary health care team required.Consistently demonstrates the knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviors necessary to provide superior and culturally sensitive service to each other, to our members, and to customers, contracted providers, and vendors.Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.Provides Behavioral Health Care Services to members utilizing established psycho-therapeutic techniques in outpatient setting; consults and collaborates with other mentalhealth/medical professionals; experience in working with adults/children/adolescents.Basic computer skills.Duties: Consistently supports compliance and the Principles of Responsibility ('s Code of Conduct) by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, accreditation and licenser requirements (if applicable), and 's policies and procedures. is an /AA Employer.Notes: Schedule may vary according to department needs.
