Responsibilities and Requirements : International Company, is a professional services firm offering high quality research, management consulting and information technology services supporting business and government.As a Supervisor your duties will include supervision, training and monitoring of data collection activities associated with government-contracted and commercial survey research studies, and survey interviewing as required.You should possess relevant supervisory experience, have an aptitude for computers, be an energetic, self-starter with excellent oral and written communications skills, and have the ability to work with a diverse workforce in a very fast-paced environment. Previous research call center experience preferred. Experience with PC-based networked systems a plus. Evening and weekend work schedule.
