Responsibilities and Requirements : Internship - Fall 2009Applications will be considered at the beginning of spring and fall. First-years will be for the summer program, but not for the school year. The candidate must have experience in the following areas: Corporate (including commercial litigation), Contract/Employment, Business Immigration, Internet Law, and Taxation (Corporate). Must have solid academic performance, "real world" work experience, and demonstrated interest in the fields of tax, corporate and international law. Foreign travel or work experience is preferred. Knowledge of foreign languages, especially German, French or Italian, is a big plus.Apply after: February 1, 2009.
