Responsibilities : Manage day-to-day marketing, sales and customer service efforts to meet and exceed performance targets.Coordinate and supervise execution of outreach programs.Review first impression items on a daily basis curb appeal, offices, professional attire of staff and model apartment to ensure adherence with Sawyer standards.Review shopping reports and monthly traffic reports with Regional Marketing Specialist and Regional Manager and recommend adjustments and revisions to advertising plan and pricing based on data.Inspect property based on predetermined schedule.Maintain records of inspections, action items and repairs, follow up with maintenance and purchasing on outstanding items.Monitor property and staff to ensure compliance with all Fair Housing requirements, Human Resources policies, Operations policies and procedures and Risk Management program.Review all housing violations or potential problems with Regional Manager on a timely basis.Ensure all vacated apartments are properly inspected, follow-up on status of notice to vacate units and assess repairs/maintenance needed on turnovers and monitor work accordingly.Monitor work of all contractors on property to ensure compliance with contract terms and Sawyer policies and procedures.Ensure all lease agreements are properly executed according to Sawyer policy and procedure and are forwarded to corporate office as per schedule.

Requirements :Associates degree (AA) or equivalent or three to five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and training.NALP, CAM or CPM designations preferred.Previous supervisory experience required.Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.Goal-oriented, organized and focused.Superior verbal and written communication and presentation skills.Ability to communicate company vision effectively and consistentlyProficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Proficiency with Jenark preferred.Willingness and ability to learn additional software packages as they relate to the business.Proficiency in reading and writing English required.Proficiency speaking Spanish desired.Valid driver license and insurance required.All candidates will be required to successfully pass a background screen including driver record, credit, criminal, and maintain a record that satisfies these requirements.
