Web site is icfiAs Best Practices Coordinator (BPC) your primary focus will be on recruiting, interviewing and hiring of conducting new hire trainings; reviewing new hire intake paperwork for completeness and ensuring new hires are reported to Human Resources accurately, completely and on time. The will also facilitate quality assurance calibration sessions; provide leadership to the QA department and procedure oversight to ensure QA and supervisory standard operating procedures are followed.

Requirements :You should possess 3 or more months of experience in a call center environment, preferably in a supervisory or QA capacity; excellent communications skills; and, the ability to gain the trust of employees, and work effectively with a diverse workforce. Good organizational/problem solving skills coupled with computer proficiency is highly desired. BA/BS preferred.
