Responsibilities : Coordinate Compliance Programs, Supply Chain Team Training, certifications and Annual reviews.Work with the Vendor Compliance team to develop action plans for problem vendors and when necessary escalate recurring problems.Prepare management reporting regarding Vendor Compliance department activities and results.Prepare management presentations and periodic updates that will highlight the value of the organization.Implement process changes/improvements required for the successful migration to the new compliance program.Improve productivity of the vendor compliance team by partnering with Information Technology3PL operations and DC operations to implement process changes/system enhancements.Work with other Polo departments andvendorsregarding VendorCompliance issues/opportunitiesConduct in vendor sessions to communicate Compliance Program requirements.Implement internal process improvements related to the compliance program and recurring internal issues. Communicate with the Global Manufacturingteam regarding specific vendor issuesConduct on-site visits of vendor/customer facilities when necessary. Some domestic/international travel could be required.Maintain and update the Vendor Compliance Guide on an as needed basis and develop communication materialsto ensure that vendors have up-to-date information.Maintain Vendor performance, capabilities, contact and agreements reference area.Oversee the professional development of the Vendor Compliance team.Manage the recruiting and hiring of Vendor Compliance team membersLead Cross-functional Supply Chain improvement projects related to Vendor performance or relationships.Participate in Supply Chain related projects on a as needed basis.

Requirements :Bachelors Degree required in business, operations, information systems or accounting.Must have 4-6 years experience in the following areas: Vendor Relationsretail buyingManufacturing or Distribution Operationsand/or LogisticsProven ability to lead and motivate a team to meet pre-established goals and performance levelsProven ability to lead cross-functional improvement projectsAnalytical skills that will enable this person to evaluate the needs of the business and shift priorities accordinglyProficient in desktop automation software that will be used to prepare analysis/presentations, etcProven ability to meet and surpass qualitative goals/objectives.
