Responsibilities and Requirements : Primary Experience :Must have two years of engineering experience in addition to that required for licensureEducation Substitution :Master's degree in engineering will substitute for one year of the required experience. Graduate work in engineering beyond a master's degree will substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.Experience Substitution :NoneSpecial Must possess a valid driver license. Rate :$3998 per monthDescription of Vacancy's Duties :The incumbent of this position ensures that all brand named products will be submitted and tracked using the KyPEL online process. Specifically, the TE II will work with the Divisions to determine if the product falls under our current specifications or if the product needs to be reviewed by the New Products Review Committee. Additionally, the incumbent will write special notes or specifications and work with the Divisions to get them approved. Further, the individual will develop, evaluate, and recommend changes to specifications, policies, manuals, and methods pertaining to materials.Selection Method :Qualifying: All candidates who apply and meet the minimum requirements are eligible for placement on the register for hiring consideration.
