Responsibilities : This opening is for an on-site technician at JPL facility in Pasadena, CA.The project isapprox. 3 million SF with more than 200 buildings on campusEssential Duties and :Service and troubleshoot various types of commercial equipment and systems, to include boilers, air handling systems, control systems, pneumatics, split systems, VFD, built-up systems, etc.Also perform preventative maintenance of equipment.Able to troubleshoot and correctly diagnose electrical, control and mechanical failures and problems. Electrical and mechanical component analysis capability.Must have high energy, be organized, ability to multitask, attention to detail, dependable, own hand tools, be a team player.
