Responsibilities : DescriptionThe Food Service Worker II will work together with the employees in the department to provide safe, high quality food and nutrition services to the patients, visitors, and staff. Responsible for performing assigned duties on tray assembly line to include: maintaining sanitation standards, using proper serving utensils, ensuring correct portions are maintained and that there is 100% accuracy in filling patient menu selections, ensures proper temperature of patient food items and maintains logs. Follows established guidelines for portioning and serving for all diets to include: regular, liquid, & modified diets for age specific nutrition. Assist in quality monitors. Will be responsible for cleaning and maintenance of equipment. Posses the required knowledge in the care and handling of patients served in age groups.

Requirements :High school diploma or DPreferred No Data.
